Glorp is run by Tineessa Nelson. This page explains, in plain words, what Glorp collects, why, and what happens to it. Glorp does not sell anyone's personal information.

When you use the free Glorp Button

• Glorp reads the public text of the web page you enter and sends that text to Anthropic's Claude service to work out who buys from you.
• Glorp does not store your website, its text, or your scan results. They are shown to you once and then discarded.
• To stop abuse, Glorp briefly keeps your IP address in memory to limit scans to five per hour. It is not written to any database.

When you preorder a list

• Payments are handled by Stripe. Glorp never sees or stores your card number.
• Stripe keeps your order details: your name, email address, billing address, the website you scanned, the buyer group you chose, your region, and anyone you asked Glorp to leave out. Glorp uses these only to build and deliver your list, handle refunds, and keep financial records.
• Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the information it holds: stripe.com/privacy.

The lists Glorp delivers

• Lists contain business contact information for decision-makers at US businesses: name, job title, company, work email address, and a short reason for the fit. Glorp builds them from public business information and from business contact data providers.
• Glorp deletes each list from its own systems 30 days after delivery.
• If you are on a Glorp list and want to be removed from future lists, message @tineessanelson on X with your work email address, and you will be excluded from all future lists.

Other services Glorp relies on

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
• Glorp does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask what order information Glorp holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by messaging @tineessanelson on X. Some payment records must be kept for tax and accounting reasons.
