These terms cover your use of Glorp, run by Tineessa Nelson. By scanning your website or preordering a list, you agree to them.

What you are buying

• A Glorp list costs $29. It contains up to 100 verified decision-makers at US businesses in the buyer group you choose, ranked by fit, each with a short opening line.
• Glorp delivers your list by email within 7 days of your payment.
• Glorp finds and checks prospects. It does not send emails for you, and it does not promise replies, meetings, or sales.

Refunds and credits

• If Glorp cannot find a strong buyer group for your business, you get a full refund.
• If Glorp delivers fewer than 100 verified prospects, you get back the difference, at $0.29 per missing prospect.
• If your list is not delivered within 7 days, you get a full refund.
• Any email address on your list that bounces is credited back to you as Goo if you report it within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

How you may use a list

• Use your list only for your own business outreach. Do not resell or share it.
• Send with your real name and a valid mailing address, say clearly who you are, and honor every opt-out request promptly, as the US CAN-SPAM Act requires.
• Do not use a list to harass anyone or to send misleading messages.
• Glorp is available to businesses in the United States only.

Goo

Goo is store credit for Glorp. It has no cash value, cannot be cashed out, transferred, or resold, and may expire if Glorp closes. Goo rewards may change over time.

The free scan

The Glorp Button gives an automated estimate based on your public web page. It can be wrong. Glorp may tell you a list is not a good fit yet, and in that case it will not take your payment.

Limits

Glorp is provided as is. Its total responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Glorp may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
